Key responsibilities

• Support Store Office in the reordering of standing order stock items in accordance with established guidelines maintaining minimum and maximum stock levels, projected usage and estimated date of delivery.
• Verify receipt of stock ordered, informing the Store Officer of any discrepancies on invoices for reconciliation with vendors; and record all receipt and pricing information in the log.
• Receive deliveries according to procedures; verify quantities and items received against packing slips, invoices and purchase orders; ensure merchandise received is in good condition.
• Assist customers in the selection of additional uniforms and/or school supplies.
• Deliver supplies and materials to various locations and obtain signatures for delivered items; set priorities for items to be delivered.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventories of supplies and materials; move and stock supplies and materials in accordance with prescribed procedures.
• Maintain daily activity log to include records of delivery activity, and other dispatch information.
• Maintain storeroom and other assigned areas in a clean and orderly manner.
• Provide Islamic and professional guidance to staff and students within the policies of the school.
• Reinforce the mission and ethos of the school and demonstrate high level of ethical and professional standards.
• Any additional tasks/project assigned to you by school or beam management.

• Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
• Good communication skills
• Minimum of 3-year Store Officer in school industry experience.
