Summary:
We are seeking a passionate Secondary Humanities Teacher to join our team and inspire students in the field of humanities. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student learning, and fostering a love for subjects such as history, geography, and social studies.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cover a variety of topics within the humanities field
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students
- Assess student progress through exams, essays, and projects
- Provide constructive feedback to students and support their academic growth
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to enhance the overall learning experience
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Teaching certification/license for secondary education
- Proven experience teaching humanities subjects at the secondary level
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for teaching and inspiring students in the field of humanities
