FP&A Analyst

We are looking for a FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team and play a key role in supporting financial planning, business performance analysis and strategic decision-making across the education business.

What you’ll do

• Support the preparation of the Annual Budget and Business Plan across education entities.
• Analyze business performance, forecasts and key financial drivers, providing meaningful insights to business leaders.
• Challenge planning assumptions and support effective and accurate forecasting.
• Develop financial models, scenario and sensitivity analyses to support business cases and investment decisions.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards and ad-hoc analysis using Excel and BI tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs and enhance financial performance.
• Partner with Finance and business teams to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance.
• CFA Level 1 is mandatory; progress towards CFA qualification is an advantage.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, consulting or a similar analytical environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modelling, scenario analysis and data analysis.
• Strong commercial and business acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with BI/reporting tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, curious mindset with the confidence to challenge assumptions and identify better ways of working.
