Our American curriculum school, American School of Creative Science (ISCS) is looking for a creative, passionate and outstanding Operations Officer who value professional development opportunities and a good work-life balance.

School Operations Officer works in the office of a school under the guidance and supervision of the School Operations Manager. They are responsible for a majority of the clerical work in the school, including handling sensitive documents such as student records. They act as a liaison between the students, parents and principal.

• Minimum High school or diploma
• Minimum of 3 years above experience in school environment
• Experience in planning maintenance operations
• Understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.
• Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
• Recent knowledge and understanding of safeguarding.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills.
• Confident inter-personal, verbal and written communication skills.
