Quality Assurance Manager – MOE Subjects

The head of MOE Subjects is a key member of Beam’s Education Team and is primarily responsible for ensuring the quality & compliance of teaching, learning, curriculum and assessments of MOE subjects (Arabic A, B – Islamic A, B – Social studies A, B) in all stages across Beam’s schools.

General responsibilities

• Uphold BEAM's core values of Integrity, Tolerance, Collaboration, Courage, and compassion.

• Abide by BEAM's Code of Professional Conduct and report any concerns to the line manager.

• Abide by BEAM's health & safety and safeguarding policies and practice in schools.

• Contribute to the academic professional development training for each school, following the KHDA, SPEA & MOE standards.

• Maintain strong links with the KHDA, SPEA & MOE regarding current updates and changes relevant to MOE subjects to support schools.

• Attend all meetings of the Beam Education and any meetings and professional development in line with the requirements of the role

• Hold and lead regular departmental meetings in schools and ensuring the keeping of minutes.
