Recruitment Officer

Responsible for supporting BEAM’s respective Schools with all Talent Acquisition and Recruitment activities. Attracting candidates and matching them to temporary or permanent positions within the Schools, Work in close connection with the Schools leadership, building relationships in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates by using keywords search and advertising on job portals and other channels, as well as by networking, head hunting and through referrals.
• Conduct proper telephonic screening, assess candidate’s suitability for the job, verify candidates’ interest, availability, current salary and salary expectations.
• Brief candidates about all the requirements of the position and Schools including educational, experience and ethos.
• Arrange interviews with the interview panels according to the level of the job.
• Manage the job offer including negotiation and administration
• Prepare offer letters and get them signed by the authorized signatories.
• Manage and update applicant tracking system/internal recruitment tracker and maintain accurate applicant database, and protect its confidentiality
• Deliver an on-time recruitment reports when required by management.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of relevant and/or previously shortlisted profiles for upcoming vacancies.

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree and/or HR Certificate

Minimum two years of experience of full recruitment life cycle in UAE

Experience of working with Schools

Good knowledge of the various UAE Ministries (Especially Educational) and legal documentation

Knowledge of keyword/Boolean search

Extensive IT proficiency in Microsoft Office required.

Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System, relevant software systems and recruitment channels

The ability to carry out a high volume of routine work to high standards of accuracy and speed
